At RegUp.co.uk, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for all physical products purchased through our website, including NFC keychains, registration plate accessories, and customised items.

2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Products must be in original condition unless they are defective.
3. Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Non-defective products you no longer want (must be unused)

Customised products (such as personalised number plates or engraved keychains) can be returned only if:

  • The product arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged.
  • The customisation is incorrect due to our mistake.
4. Conditions for Returns

Your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original packaging when possible.
  • Product must not be excessively used or damaged by the customer.
  • All accessories included with the product must be returned.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer item-for-item exchanges within 30 days. Exchanges are available for:

If the replacement product has a price difference, we will adjust the total accordingly before dispatch.

6. Refund Process

No restocking fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:
