Check vehicle import and export markers

Check whether the vehicle is currently intended for UK use and whether the DVLA record is up to date. A vehicle recorded as exported may need specialist clarification before it can be registered, taxed or used as expected. Verify the VIN and contact the relevant authority if the status conflicts with the seller's account.

Clear and unavailable results

REGUP reports No marker found only when both import and export evidence is explicitly supplied without a positive marker. Incomplete fields produce Not available. That distinction is important because limited provider coverage does not prove a clean provenance record.
