For light vehicles, petrol cars and eligible vans/minibuses generally need Euro 4, diesel cars and eligible vans/minibuses generally need Euro 6, and Category L motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles and quadricycles generally need Euro 3.
ULEZ status needs confirmation when the DVLA data is incomplete or when a hybrid record does not safely prove the combustion-fuel threshold. REGUP shows Verify with TfL for those cases.
