Yes. The custom builder lets customers select individual report items. The total price updates live and the final checkout total is recalculated before payment.
After choosing a paid plan, the customer confirms the vehicle and continues to your secure Stripe checkout flow. The selected plan, registration and selected checks are saved before checkout.
Yes, your existing report system includes a PDF download route after the report has been generated. Customers can view the report online and download it when available.
Checkout collects the customer email for payment receipts and report records. Customers can also view the report online after it has been generated.
If payment fails, the customer is sent to the failed payment page and the order status is marked as payment failed. If report generation has an issue, the order can store the error so your team can review it.
Customers should contact your support team with their order number, registration number and payment email. You can review the order and process any eligible refund through your Stripe/admin process.
The flow is designed for quick online report generation after payment. If a third-party lookup is delayed or unavailable, the status page can show that the report is queued or being generated.
